Warm Up: 1000m Row, Burgener warm up with PVC

So yesterday I said that shoulder press was my most difficult lift.....I lied. It is definitly Power Snatch. It is frustrating that I am able to do it with the PVC and with the 35lb bar but not as good with much weight on it. 75 felt like my max today. I am excited to go to the Oly class next Tuesday so I can work on my form. I think my form is usually ok, but it fails when the weight increases. Brad told me to drop under the bar quicker and to not jump up, so I will be working on that.

Form felt good. My first 25 power snatches were unbroken! My arms are super tired now. I hope that I still have some strength left in me for tomorrow's WOD at Crossfit Solano!
