Back Squat- 135x5, 145x5, the 5 sets of 165x5

Core: Completed 3 rounds of each exercise between strength sets
-25 V-Ups
-25 Hollow Rocks with 15lb plate overhead
-25 Sit Ups with 15lb plate
-30 Russian Twists with 25lb plate
-5x20 Side Bends

Stabilization: 3x20 of Hip Extention and Reverse Hypers
