All my lifts were PR's, so it was a pretty good day for my total! This will be my last total for a while.....
I know no one reads my blog but Brad, so I will just go ahead and announce that I am pregnant. I am 4 weeks and 5 days. This will explain the horrible week that I had last week and the reason I was feeling so out of it. This week I am starting to eat healthy so that I don't binge on crap like I have been. I want to have a healthy baby and pregnancy and avoid getting gestational diabetes, which I almost had with Carter. Not sure when I will have to start modifying workouts, but I do know that I want to be very careful and I will have to try not to go too hard like I usually do. That will be the hardest part for me because I always try to push myself to go faster or more heavy. I am due August 29th, and I plan to workout everyday untill then! It's the only way to have an easy pregnancy. I will never be a pregnant mom who uses the pregnancy as an excuse to be lazy and get fat.

I think I'm the only one who reads this because I'm the only one who knows about it. You should advertise it on FB. But congrats on the PR's! Oh, and the baby.
