1.5 mile jog with Carter
SWOD: Muscle-Up practice.
Metcon: "Ryan"
5 Rounds:
- 7 Muscle Ups (or 2 Chest to Ring Pull Ups + 2 Dips each)
- 21 Burpees
finished 3 rounds in 21:?? with 2 ring pull ups and 2 dips. (new goal: one muscle up by January 31)
This is the first time that I have recorded running before crossfit, but I do that with Carter almost everyday. He likes to look around in the stroller, and I like to do that with him before I lock him up in the baby prison at the Compound.
