SWOD: The CrossFit Total:

Perform a 1rm in each of the following lifts:
- Back Squat: 165lbs
-Shoulder Press: 75lbs
-Dead Lift: 225lbs
Total=465

My goal for next time will be:
Back Squat: 210lbs, Shoulder Press: 85lbs, Dead Lift: 265lbs
