SWOD: One Arm Kettlebell/ Dumbbell Rows (each arm). 3 Sets x max. reps @ heaviest weight possible
warmed up with 35lbs. Then 10/10 @ 44lbs, 12/12 @ 44lbs, 10/10 @ 53lbs
Metcon: 4 rounds for time of:
- 200m Sprint
- 6 Power Cleans @ 65% 1rm
- 12 Knees to Elbows
10:41 @ 85lbs. Not feeling too great today, but it is what it is. Wanted under ten minutes, but at least I got the work in. Hoping my eating will be better so I can be back to normal next week!
Also went on a 2ish mile run with Cragen around 3:30. Need to work off so much weight.
