Monday, 8.20.12-Tuesday, 8.28.12
So for the rest of the time before I had the baby on the 28th, I did basically the same thing everyday (ran/walk). Some days I threw in some squats and jumping jacks too. The Saturday before I had the baby I did 1,000 DOUBLE UNDERS!! I decided that running wasnt working, so I tried the jump rope. It felt good to know I could still do double unders 5 days before I was due! And I am happy to report that I did run, fast walk, and squat the day I went into labor, which means I can actually say I worked out my ENTIRE pregnancy, and that just makes me feel good. I will put my labor story in the next post.
