Saturday, 8.18.12

Warm Up: 2000m Row, overhead squats (35lb bar), some pull ups (got up to 4! yay!)

Conditioning: Team Workout. 5 Rounds of:
-400m Run
-40 Wall Balls
-40 Box Jumps

27:56 rx'd with Brooke as my partner

My goal was to get under 30 minutes and we did! Brooke and I did geat as partners and the only rest time we used was when the other person was working. Brooke and I did the runs together and then we broke up the rest of the work evenly and did everything in sets of 10. I really liked this workout and felt like we did great as a team!
