Skill: Handstand Push Ups

Conditioning: EMOM for 12 min:
-4 Burpees
-80 yrd sprint

all rounds were 30seconds and under

Skill: 3 HSPU EMOM for 10 mins

Stabilization: 50 Warrior Sit Ups and 20 Back Extentions

Conditioning #2: 3 rounds of
5:00 bike, starts increasing pace at 3:00 every time
