Warm Up: 500m Row, pullups, push ups, walking lunges

Conditioning: "Fight Gone Bad"

In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. We will do three rounds. The stations are:

1. Wall Ball: 20 pound ball, 10 ft target. (Reps)
2. Sumo Deadlift High Pull: 75 pounds (Reps)
3. Box Jump: 20" box (Reps)
4. Push Press: 75 pounds (Reps)
5. Row: calories (Calories)

Round 1= 112, Round 2= 101, Round 3=99     Total=312 rx'd (PR!)

I waned to go for over 100 every round, so I just barely failed that goal. I went pretty hard on round one and then could not keep it up in round 2 or 3. I was doing about 19-22 (or less at times) on everything except the push presses, which I did about 35-40 each time and the rower, which was 11-12 calories each time. Not a bad score, but I know that if I was not preganat it would have been so much higher. I cannot do box jumps fast because I am so heavy and I had to take many breaks to breathe.
