Conditioning: "My Buddy"- Everything with a sandbag

18:22 with 50lb sandbag

The girls rx'd weight was 35, but i decided to scale up and I am glad I did because it was only a 18 minute workout even with scaling up! The sandbags are hard but WAY fun!
