Conditioning: "Barbara" 5 rounds for time:
(3 minute rest in between each round)
-20 pull ups
-30 push ups
-40 sit ups
-50 squats

Horrible workout. My arms were done because of the pull ups and push ups. I am not good at handling my body weight. I seriously need to lose 25 pounds
