- Jerk (push, split, behind the neck)

12: Unbroken on the OHS and FS, broke it up 8/4 on the jerks
9: Broke up 6/3 on OHS and jerks, unbroken on FS
6: Unbroken OHS and FS, broke it up 4/2 on jerks....(shoulders and wrists were killing me!)
