Friday, 2.8.13

Strength:  Deadlift 3-3-3-1-1-1

235x3, 260x3, 280x3, 290x1, 302x0, 302x0 (I had nothing today.....I dont know where my strength is)

WOD:  15:00 "Cindy"
Complete as many rounds in 15 minutes as you can of:
- 5 Pull Ups
- 10 Push Ups
- 15 Squats

16rds + 5 pull ups and 7 Push Ups (did hand release push ups)
