Conditioning: 

400m Run
then:
21-15-9-3 of:
-Squat Cleans @ 75lbs
-Burpees
-Kettlebell Swings @ 53lbs

13:??......neck is almost better. still trying to be very careful!

Did some muscle up practice after. Got 2 of the 3 attempts!
