- 21 Kettlebell Snatch (Right Arm)
- 21 Kettlebell Snatch (Left Arm)
- 21 Pull Up

-Hang Snatch: (65%, 70%, 75%)4 
75lbs, 85lbs, 95lbs

-Drop Snatch: 2x5 @ 70lbs

-Jerks: stopped at 125 because my arms are wrecked from all the muscle ups lately
