Skill: 5:00 of Handstand Walk Practice

Conditioning: 8 Rounds of
-1 Muscle Up
-5 Handstand Push Ups
-10 Kettlebell Swings @ 53lbs

somewhere in between 20-30 minutes. I was going more for form and quality than time.
