My goal was to get under 30 minutes and we did! Brooke and I did geat as partners and the only rest time we used was when the other person was working. Brooke and I did the runs together and then we broke up the rest of the work evenly and did everything in sets of 10. I really liked this workout and felt like we did great as a team!

Friday, 8.17.12 (38.5 Weeks Preg.)
(No Picture today because my computer is being weird...But the baby is now about 7 pounds, which means 8 for me, and is about 19.5 inches long! Almost Done!!)
Warm Up: 5 rounds of: 250m Row, 15 Wall Balls (Total: 1250m Row, 75 Wall Balls)
Strength: Thrusters in sets of 5
35x5, 45x5, 55x5, 65x5, 75x5, 85x5, 95x5 (this felt pretty heavy, but I also did not try to go higher because I would have pulled something).
*I did 25 Double Unders in between each set (175 total)
Conditioning: 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 of:
-Hang Power Cleans @ 65lbs
-Front Squats @ 65lbs
* Did 20 Double Unders Between each set (200 total)
Did not time this one, just wanted to get the work in. My strength is going away and it is sad, but hopefully its just because I am due any time now! My double unders were on today and I only messed up once on one set.
After: Played with Cragen and Carter at Kids Gone Wild.....tiring! Hopefully jumping on the jumpy houses will add to trying to make the baby drop (along with all the other stuff I did today).

Pre-Warm Up: 2.5 miles walk with my mom and Carter
Warm Up: 1100m Row, push presses with empty bar, air squats
Strength: Overhead Squats and Push Presses
-OHS- 35x5, 55x5, 65x5 (Just wanted to go this high so that I could practice the weight for "Nancy")
-PP: 7x10 @ 65lbs
I am not doing high weight anymore. I can feel the baby getting lower (sometimes I swear he is crowning! Sorry Brad, too much?) which makes the weight pushing down on me not feel too good, so I did high reps at lower weight. I have to be careful of pulling now because he is SO big and I am due in 2.5 weeks!

Did not time it, but it was around 20 minutes. I broke up all the squat sets into 10 and 5 reps, and the runs were probably jogs. I am feeling pretty good about running still and I feel like I could run for a long period of time (very slow, that is).
All exercises today and yesterday were geared toward one goal........GET THIS BABY OUT OF ME! Hopefully the squatting, running, and double unders will get something going. I will be exercising every single day so that he might possibly come out before my due date.

This was tough for me today. I feel like I have lost ALOT of strength because of being inconsistent with crossfit and strength training lately. The bar felt heavy, and it was a million degrees in the gym! I also did 20 double unders in between each set.
Conditioning: 21-15-9-6-4 (total of 55 reps for each)
- Cleans @ 65lbs
-Hang Power Snatch @ 65lbs
*25 double unders between each round
I didnt time this one at all. I made sure I stopped a lot and drank tons of water and did not lose my breath too much. I probably should not have even been working out at all in that 105 degree heat, so I made sure to do it very slow. Not to mention I was dying anyway because like I said earlier, everything feels very heavy all of a sudden.
More Catch Up
I have been horrible at my blog for the last 3 weeks because I do not have access to internet yet at our new house. Not sure when we will be getting internet, so for now the sporatic and inconsistent posts at my parents house will have to do. Two weeks ago I was in Tahoe, and I am proud to say that I worked out every day in the morning at 6am! Here is a summary of the things I did there:
-Elliptical (3 days I think, level 8-14, 40-50 minutes)
-Running/fast walking at an incline (2 days, 2-3 incline, 40-50 minutes)
-Rowing (1 day, 10 intervals of 250m with 30 seconds rest)
Summary of the strength work that I did after the conditioning shown above (can't remember all):
-10x10 Push Presses @ 60lbs (some at 70 I think...the bars were lame and I was unsure of most the weights I used)
-10x10 Hang power cleans @ 60lbs
-10x10 Front Squats @ 60lbs
-150 Air Squats
Then last week and most of this week I did the same thing everyday; running/ walking with Carter in the stroller for an hour. Most days I am able to run for about 25-30 minutes of the total time, but this week I was able to run 35 minutes one day, 40 the next, and 42 minutes on Wednesday! Not sure how I am getting better at the running while pushing Carter in my 37th week of pregnancy! I am figuring that my total mileage everyday is somewhere between 3-4 miles with walking and running combined. I think that is good enough since I don't have access to anything else right now for my workouts.
